We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, budgeting, and team management. If you are a proactive leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for retail management, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and staff management
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and maximize profitability
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper merchandising
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting and cost control
- Utilize POS systems to process transactions and track sales
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
- Drive initiatives to increase store traffic and promote brand awareness
Skills:
- Proven experience in retail management with a focus on sales
- Strong ability to price products effectively to drive sales
- Proficient in budgeting and financial analysis
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, staff, and vendors
- Ability to recruit, train, and lead a team effectively
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing
- Demonstrated success in team management and achieving targets
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $120,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
