About Us:

Dr. Crocker & Associates have an opportunity for a Registered Dental Hygienist to join a growing, contemporary multi-dentist practice, centrally located in Kelowna. The clinic offers a range of services from general dentistry to emergency treatments, dental implants, oral surgery and IV sedation.

Experience with Power Practice is an asset but not essential. Join our team of exceptional dental professionals in an established, busy clinic, who will support you in your growth. We offer regular scheduled hours (no evenings or weekends), competitive wages commensurate with experience, extended health benefits, uniform allowance, bonuses, free parking and more. This position is 4 to 5 days per week, with flexibility for the right individual. Suitable candidates will be Registered Dental Hygienists with a keenness for professional development and an aptitude for developing new clinical skills!

Schedule: Full time from Monday to Friday. 8:00am to 5:00pm, no evenings or weekends!

The wage range is from $46.00 to $60.00 per hour depending on experience. Hourly wage is determined based on the candidate's work experience and will be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities:

Appropriately assess, plan, implement and evaluate services for patient care

Perform all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants and whitening to patients

Serve as an oral health educator by introducing new preventative techniques and counselling

Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on the patients' expectations, while consistently maintaining ethical and professional behaviour.

About You:

Successful completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Hygiene Degree program

Registered as a Dental Hygienists and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements

Valid CPR certification
