Our dedicated team of dental professionals is led by Dr. Larry Podolsky and Dr. Howard Rosen, who bring years of experience and a genuine commitment to patient care. From our friendly Reception staff to our skilled Dental Hygienists and Dental Assistants, every member of our team is invested in making each visit comfortable and enjoyable. Schedule: Part-Time

Thursdays - two (2) per month - 8:45am - 5:15pm - 1 hr lunch
Saturdays - Alternating - 7:45am - 1:15pm - no lunch

Responsibilities:

Appropriately assess, plan, implement and evaluate services for patient care
Perform all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants and whitening to patients
Serve as an oral health educator by introducing new preventative techniques and counselling
Take dental radiographs, Itero scan, intra-oral pictures (training will be provided)
Administer local anesthetic and nitrous oxide as needed
Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on the patients' expectations, while consistently maintaining ethical and professional behaviour.
Assist with scheduling patient appointments and maintaining patient records

About You:

Successful completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Hygiene Degree program
Registered as a Dental Hygienists and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
Valid CPR certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with ABELDent and digital radiography systems preferred
