Your Qualifications
• Minimum of a Bachelor's of Science in Pharmacy.
• APA designation strongly preferred.
• A member in good standing and licensed with the Alberta College of Pharmacy.
• Minimum 3 years of experience within retail pharmacy.
• Minimum 3 years of experience of leadership experience.
• Applicants must be local to the Grande Prairie region, willing to relocate.
• Only applicants legally entitled to work in Canada will be considered for this position.
• ISTM Designation required.

About the Position
The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management, long-term planning and functions of the pharmacy and front store.

What You'll do
• Maintain/renew pharmacy licenses annually.
• Provide strong leadership and guidance to staff.
• Oversee ordering, receiving and storage of medications.
• Accurately dispense medications to patients, filling prescriptions promptly.
• Counsel patients and healthcare providers on proper medication use, drug interactions, and side effects.
• Oversee pharmacy budget and manage expenses.
• Provide specialized services related to infant and post partum care.
• Schedule and manage staff, ensuring high employee morale and low staff turnover.
• Collaborate with different teams on company-wide initiatives and strategic vision.
• Other pharmacy related duties as required.
