Role Overview

We have an excellent opportunity for a Bilingual Business Development Representative to join our growing team. The BDR plays a crucial role in identifying and engaging potential clients, driving new business opportunities to fuel our growth.

What You'll Do

  • Implement strategic outreach to potential clients, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling, with a focus on creating highly qualified leads.

  • Engage with potential clients at their offices or on their job sites to build deeper connections throughout the sales process.

  • Negotiate terms and close deals with smaller accounts, ensuring a smooth transition to the Customer Success team.

  • Partner with the Account Executive in your region to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies based on campaign results and market feedback.

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, tracking interactions and progress in the CRM system.

  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to build relationships and increase brand visibility.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of proven experience in business development or sales within a SaaS environment.

  • Construction industry experience is a plus.

  • Strong networking and negotiation skills.

  • Experience in lead generation and sales tactics.

  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

On-Target Earnings: $95,000 - $110,000 CAD Annually (base + commission)
The pay range for this role is:
95,000 - 110,000 CAD per year(Remote - Toronto, CA)
