Are you a tech-savvy professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for optimizing business processes? HERD is looking for a dedicated and experienced ERP Administrator to join our dynamic team! In this critical role, you will be responsible for the smooth operation, maintenance, and support of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our organization.

Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8AM - 4:30PM CST
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000

Role & Responsibilities:

Identify, document, and translate complex business requirements and processes into actionable solutions within ERP software.

Work closely with developers to deploy custom solutions tailored to the company's specific needs.

Configure ERP software modules, reports, and data management functionalities to optimize system performance and meet business needs.

Work with HERD's third-party consulting firm to maintain ERP software with regular upgrades and maintenance.

Implement and maintain all software integrations with ERP software.

Create generic inquiry reports in ERP software based on data tables.

Create dashboards in ERP software for other departments.

Understand all ERP software transactions and provide helpdesk support within the company.

Proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Provide training to other departments as required.

Ensure robust data security, compliance, and execute backup strategies for ERP software.

Job duties will vary depending on projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

3+ years of professional experience in a similar role.

College diploma or university degree.

Proficient in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams.

Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Results-driven mindset, initiative-taking, and strong attention to detail required.

Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills, and capable of thriving in a dynamic manufacturing-work environment.

Experience using Acumatica ERP is an asset.

Experience linking SQL data tables is an asset.
