Responsibilities:

Responsibilities :

Plans, distribute, monitor, and follow-up with daily route assignments to ensure customers are serviced per company standards and agreements.

Successfully plan and schedule drivers, truck loads and routes.

Role model for Route Sales excellence. By example, sets high executional standards for the team.

Handle customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner.

Responsible for covering routes within a territory.

Proven ability to execute and train Primo Water North America's standards for all processes related to customer service, order delivery, and inventory.

Strong team player with leadership skills and ability to support the District Operations Manager

Ability to problem solve and manage conflict within a team

Willingness to participate in the mentoring of new hires (if required)

Proven ability to operate a commercial vehicle in a manner that ensures personal and public safety in unfamiliar service areas

Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection.

Qualifications:

Requirements :

Equivalent experience of (3) three to (5) five years with a stable work history
A valid DZ driver's license and driver's abstract is a must.
Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 45-50 pounds safely
Strong sales techniques, communications, negotiation, and customer service skills
Ability to meet Company Driver Qualification Policy
Comfortable working on computers, answering emails and dealing with customer service inquiries and contacting customers.
