As a Data Specialist at HERD, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing data within our ERP and other software systems.

Role & Responsibilities:

Update and maintain data in HERD's ERP and other software systems.
Collaborate with developers to implement custom solutions.
Configure ERP software data to integrate seamlessly with other systems.
Work closely with third-party consultants for software upgrades and maintenance.
Provide helpdesk support and training to internal departments.
Proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical data issues.
Adapt to varying job duties depending on project assignments.

Qualifications:

1+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
College diploma or university degree.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams.
Advanced skills in Excel.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Results-driven mindset with attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with Acumatica ERP is a plus.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am-4:30 pm.
