CSN Lift Auto Group has a unique opportunity for an Autobody Parts Manager (60020) to join the team in Kelowna, BC. In this role you will help support our automotive parts department. If you are passionate about the automotive industry and committed to delivering exceptional service this position would be the perfect fit.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in daily release meetings and be prepared to provide status on all parts/sublet issues.
- Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of establishments engaged in wholesale and retail sales or of departments in such establishments.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales
- Prepare all parts orders upon receipt of repair plan.
- Ensure that all insurance policies regarding OEM, aftermarket and used parts are followed.
- Receive, unpackaged and check all incoming parts.
- Mirror incoming parts to the on the parts carts.
- Place new parts on parts cart and discard unnecessary parts.
- Bring parts carts to stalls when needed.
- Source and negotiate with vendors when necessary to procure merchandise for resale
- Other duties as required by Location Manager
Requirements
- Candidates with automotive parts experience will be given priority but more than willing to train the right candidate.
- Red Seal Parts Certification or working towards.
- Previous customer service/administrative experience is an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
- Valid Class 5 drivers license mandatory.
