The Talent Intelligence Analyst position is crucial for looking to make data-driven decisions about our workforce. This role focuses on gathering and analyzing data related to talent, both internally and externally, to enhance talent acquisition, retention, and overall talent management strategies. It's a blend of People & Culture expertise and data analytics, ensuring that Servus can attract and keep top talent.

What will your typical day look like?

Reporting, to the Leader of Culture & Employee Experience, as a Talent Intelligence Analyst at Servus, you'll be the detective of the data world, uncovering hidden trends and insights that will help shape our talent strategy. Imagine diving into various data sources and creating dazzling dashboards that tell a story. You'll craft employee engagement surveys pinpointing friction points in the employee journey and transforming them into opportunities for improvement. Collaborating with People & Culture teams, you'll ensure our strategies align with business goals, and your insights will drive decisions on compensation programs and workforce planning. Staying ahead of industry trends, you'll continuously refine our data processes, making a real impact on how we attract and retain top talent. It's a role where your analytical skills meet creativity, and every day brings a new challenge and opportunity to innovate.

Building upon the culture that makes Servus such a great place to work. This is a flexible hybrid position that may require occasional travel to our Edmonton or Calgary office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Collect and analyze data from various sources, such as HR systems (UKG Pro) and labor market reports, competitor talent strategies, to identify trends in talent acquisition and retention.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to provide clear insights to stakeholders.
  • Create employee engagement surveys and listening campaigns using Qualtrics and measure key indices of the employee experience. Leverage employee journey data (e.g., onboarding, development, promotion) to identify friction points and improve the overall employee experience.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture teams (e.g. HRBPs, Talent Acquisition) to implement strategies based on data analysis, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Review and assess compensation programs, such as incentive pay, bonuses, and rewards structures, to ensure effectiveness and market competitiveness.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for HR and business leaders, translating complex data into actionable insights that support decision-making on talent and compensation strategies.
  • Design tools for workforce planning using predictive modeling and multiple data sources, translating insights into actionable strategies to enhance culture and retention.
  • Participate in key industry surveys to capture market data
  • Stay current with industry trends in talent intelligence and continuously improve data processes to enhance decision-making.

Requirements

Enough about us, let's talk about you.

You have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field is required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within HR or talent management, is necessary.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or BI tools like Tableau or Power BI is essential.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills are needed to share insights with senior management.
