LōD Technologies is looking for a Marketing Lead to take charge of marketing for our enterprise solutions and energy-integrated computing platform.
You'll lead go-to-market activities, shape our brand narrative, and work closely with product, sales, and engineering to grow awareness and adoption across a highly technical customer base. This is a builder role — ideal for someone who can think strategically, execute quickly, and wear multiple hats in a growing team.
Responsibilities- Lead GTM strategy and execution for product updates, new modules, and launches
- Define and evolve core messaging, value propositions, and product positioning
- Create content and campaigns to drive qualified inbound leads and support outbound sales efforts
- Build and manage marketing infrastructure — including website, CRM, and reporting tools
- Work directly with sales to develop collateral, pitch decks, case studies, and playbooks.
- Plan and execute webinars, announcements, and community-facing events
- Drive PR strategy and own external communications
- Coordinate partner marketing and co-branded initiatives
- Own marketing budget and vendor relationships
- Bring user insights, market feedback, and competitive intelligence into product and business discussions.
- Track and report on marketing performance, improving what works and fixing what doesn't
- Help shape the brand voice and ensure consistency across all customer-facing touchpoints
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing, B2B SaaS Marketing or similar role within a technology-driven company.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting compelling narratives.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Familiarity with high-performance computing and technology products is a plus.
