Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with freight forwarding companies to book cargo space, schedule pickups, and manage transportation arrangements.

• Prepare and organize shipping documents, customs paperwork, and related logistics materials.
• Monitor warehouse operations including cargo sorting, packaging, and inventory management.
• Supervise cargo loading/unloading processes and ensure timely dispatch of shipments.
• Track shipment status in real-time and maintain communication with both origin and destination cities.
• Coordinate last-mile delivery to designated locations and manage end-to-end workflow.
• Schedule and oversee cargo pickups with assigned personnel and partners.
• Conduct thorough shift handovers with daytime team members to ensure operational continuity.

Requirements

Work Hours: 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills for coordinating with multiple stakeholders

• Proficient Excel and computer skills
• Exprience in transhipment is a plus

• Basic proficiency in email correspondence (English and local language)

• Ability to work independently during night shifts

• Detail-oriented with basic logistics documentation skills

• Prior warehouse or transportation coordination experience preferred but not mandatory
