Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivering project document control in accordance with procedures ensuring compliance with processes for controlled and not-controlled documents

• Responsible for project filing, archiving, retention and handover preparation, electronic document flow and distribution within project teams

• Ensure effective and efficient management of project and functional department documents to a high degree of reliability for security, version, visibility and availability while maintaining a controlled reliable audit trail

• Support and enable the adoption of new processes and digital tools

This role is in the office Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week.

Requirements

  • 4 to 9 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the mining or construction industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Experience with electronic file sharing or web-based document management systems
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
