Responsibilities- Coordinate the rental of calibration and repair equipment to customers throughout Western Canada.
- Manage rental agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers inquiring about rental services, addressing questions and concerns promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels of rental equipment and ensure timely maintenance and updates are performed as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for rental services that could enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Prepare and maintain rental documentation, including contracts, invoices, and equipment tracking.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for rental services to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a rentals coordination or similar role, preferably in the business supplies or equipment industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to effectively manage rental operations and customer inquiries.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- Familiarity with calibration equipment and services is a plus, but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Proficiency in using office software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and rental management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
