Requirements
Related Work Experience- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, key account management, finance, or a related industry
- Experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, resourceful, responsible, independent, and assertive
- Good problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work effectively as a team player
- Good presentation skills preferred
- Basic geography knowledge of Canada
- Respond to and follow up on clients' inquiries regarding parcel status and complaints
- Monitor parcel status (track and trace) and report updates to key account customers
- Prepare weekly KPI reports on Delivery/Dispatch Rate Performance
- Identify and follow up on parcels with issues such as damages, missing order details, and leakages
- Analyze data and determine the root causes for corrective actions based on tracking and tracing reports from key account customers
- Prepare and send weekly billing invoices/statements to customers, and follow up on late payments
- Review and process claims from key account customers
