As an Event Security Guard at Paladin Security, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of attendees at various events. Your day will be filled with monitoring and maintaining a secure environment, checking for unauthorized access, and providing outstanding customer service to guests. You'll be stationed outdoors, engaging with the public, and responding to any issues that may arise. Key responsibilities include maintaining a visible presence, conducting safety checks, and assisting with crowd control. Most importantly, your vigilance will help create a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
Requirements
Must Have- Valid Security License
- Valid First Aid CPR Certificate
- Legally allowed to work in Canada
- Able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Physical ability to walk, stand, and climb stairs for extended periods
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Availability for this temporary role on March 14, 15, and 17
- Previous security or event experience
- Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly
