POSITION SUMMARY:

This position will act as a business partner between IT and other key business functions, such as: Finance, Accounting, Supply Management, Sales & Marketing and Human Resources. Candidate will work as a member of the IT team responsible for application solution & design, and implementation of IT Systems.

Requirements

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

    • Vendor Management: Oversee all third-party vendors, including Microsoft Support, SPS Commerce, and Dynaway. Obtain quotes, assess business value, provide recommendations, and ensure projects align with budget goals.
    • Project Management: Lead and direct assigned projects within the MS Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations ERP system, including setting priorities, coordinating activities, and reporting progress.
    • System Administration & Development: Map business processes to MS Dynamics 365/Dataverse functions, manage system administration, configuration, and development.
    • ERP Implementation & Maintenance: Provide expertise in implementing and maintaining key modules, including:
      • Finance
      • Inventory
      • Supply Chain
      • Sales & Marketing
      • Human Resources
      • Maintenance Work Orders (Dynaway)
      • EDI Integration (SPS Commerce)
      • CRM Integration (HubSpot)
    • Data & Reporting: Utilize Power BI for business reporting, manage LCS resources across four environments, and oversee bulk data updates for items and routes/BOMs.
    • Process Optimization: Develop process flow diagrams, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to enhance business operations.
    • User Training & Support: Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to team members, including junior application resources and help desk personnel, ensuring effective system use.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Required Qualifications:

    • ERP System Expertise: Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and AX.
    • Certifications: Preferred certifications include Microsoft Dynamics MB-300 (Core Finance & Operations), MB-310 (Finance), and MB-330 (Supply Chain).
    • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Professional Experience:

    • 7+ years of experience as an MS Dynamics F&O Senior Application Specialist, with a strong focus on Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance.
    • Hands-on expertise across multiple D365 modules, including:
      • Inventory, Procurement (Procure to Pay), Warehouse Management (WMS), Order to Cash, Production
      • Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Fixed Assets
    • Proven track record in Full lifecycle D365 implementations (Optional)
    • Strong proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server and Office tools like Excel.

OTHER POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have a strong command of the English language.
  • Must have reliable transportation; occasional travel may be required.
