As we continue to scale, we are seeking to expand our team with a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager.

As an experience and result-oriented Senior Integrated Marketing Manager, you are to lead and execute large-scale user acquisition campaigns. If you have a proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns, possess a strong sensitivity to data, and are passionate about the entrepreneurial spirit of a growing company, we invite you to join us in building brand awareness and driving aggressive KPI growth.

You will play a pivotal role in planning and executing acquisition campaigns, and be the marketing expert to be consulted on the local consumer preferences, product positioning, and industry trends. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of global stocks or is personally a savvy investor who understands the investment mentality in Canada.

This role requires a high level of collaboration with our headquarters and global offices. You must be a team player and are comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams including paid ads, KOL marketing, branding, content marketing, and product management. Occasional meetings outside standard working hours may be required due to time zone difference with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Leadership: Take charge of executing omni-channel campaigns across digital media, influencer marketing, offline initiatives, branding, and in-app promotions to maximize user acquisition.
  • Global Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison between the Canadian team and headquarters, as well as other global offices, to align on strategic goals, shared local insights, and integrate global best practices.
  • Marketing Opportunity Identification: Analyze the Canadian market to identify growth opportunities and tailor acquisition strategies to local consumer behaviour and industry trends.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Continuously monitor and interpret marketing performance data, such as CAC, conversion rates, and ROI.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 10 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record of leading the executing large-scale user acquisiton campaigns. Experience in financial services or related industries is preferred; start-up experience is a strong plus.
  • Market Expertise; Deep understanding of the Canadian market, including knowledge of local financial service industry players, consumer behaviour, and trends.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills with a focus on interpreting data to drive actionable marketing strategies. Proficiency with tools for tracking digital media performance, customer lifecycle metrics, and conversions.
  • Startup Mindset: Thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to ambiguity and pivot quickly. Comfortable with working across geographies and time zones.
