SUMMARY
Reporting to the General Manager, the Office Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties related to the plant in order to maximize the effectiveness of customer service levels.
EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS
- Data entry related to daily production, shipping and receiving activities.
- Daily filing, photocopying, faxing, and scanning of documents.
- Organize and maintain files.
- Other general duties as required
Requirements
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Accurate data entry skills
- Aptitude for details and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Previous office experience is an asset
- Working experience with shipping documents is preferred
- Familiar with standard office equipment such as computer, fax machine, and photocopier
- Experience/Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Familiarity with Apple computers is an asset
- Able to communicate effectively with internal staff and work in a team-focused environment
- Able to work independently
- Able to deal with customers and foster positive relationships
EDUCATION
- High school graduation

- Hourly Rate Range: $20/hr to $23/hr depending on experience

HOURS OF WORK
- Typically, Monday through Friday
- 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

Work Location: 33730 Enterprise Avenue, Abbotsford, BC V2S 7T9. Must have own transportation.
