About the Marketing Operations Manager Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Operations Manager to join Float's Revenue Operations team. This role is crucial in enhancing the effectiveness of marketing efforts through the use of technology, data analysis, and process optimization. You will be responsible for identifying technology needs, leading the implementation of marketing automation and CRM integrations, and managing incoming leads. You'll use data-driven insights and creative problem-solving to optimize operations across various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management & Support: Oversee the technical execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring that marketing technologies (e.g., automation platforms, CRM, ad platforms and tools) are fully integrated and leveraged for optimal impact.
- Data & Analytics: Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing strategies. Combining multiple data-sources such as spend, ad tracking, and different internal systems, Develop and manage dashboards to monitor KPIs and provide insights to the marketing team.
- Process Optimization: Streamline and standardize marketing workflows to increase productivity, maintain high data quality, and support lead-to-revenue management.
- System Administration: Serve as the administrator for marketing technology platforms, managing integrations and data flow between systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM/marketing automation tools.
- Lead Management: Implement and monitor the lead scoring, attribution and nurturing processes within the marketing automation platform.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other departments to align strategies, facilitate data sharing, and improve lead handoff processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- B2B Tech marketing experience with at least 2+ years of admin experience in Hubspot and strong experience with Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills, able to draw insights and intelligence from marketing data.
- Ability to understand, assess, and implement lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, personalisation, and other lead/customer management practices.
- A deep understanding of attribution models, data hygiene, analytics.
- Demonstrated experience owning and running the governance of a marketing automation platform.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
- Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.

Experience with CRM systems, automation tools, and sales efficiency platforms such as Salesloft, Koala, and others is preferred, depending on the specific focus of the role.
