DND is s seeking the services of a professional Project Manager is to define the scope and the deliverables that apply to the Land Cyber Materiel Assurance Program and its supporting Land Cyber Security Risk Management Process initiative

Requirements

A Valid Government Secret Level Clearance

MT.1 Must have a master degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in one of the following

• Electrical Engineering, or

• Computer Engineering, or

• Applied Science

RT.1 Minimum of forty-eight (48) months of experience within the last (72) months in providing advisory and technical support to Technical Authorities as a Cyber Security Advisor

RT.2 Minimum of forty-eight (48) months of experience in the last ten (10) years at the senior project management level managing Land Cyber Materiel AssuranceProjects for Equipment Platform Technology in a Canadian Federal Department or Agency.

RT.3 Minimum of forty-eight (48) months of experience as a Project Director or a Project Manager in a Canadian Federal Department or Agency.

RT.4 Minimum of twenty-four (24) months of experience in the last ten (10) years in collaborating with Cyber Mission Assurance Stakeholders

RT.5 Minimum of forty-eight (48) months of experience within a Canadian Federal Department or Agency in the ten (10) years in the development of briefs and presentations to Governance bodies and/or equipment management bodies such as Oversight Committees, Science and Technology Boards, Capability Development Boards.
