About the role:

We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our lead generation efforts. You will be responsible for driving qualified leads and sales opportunities by owning the strategy and vision for our campaigns. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, content marketing, PPC, SEO, and events to maximize ROI.

Key outcomes for this role in the next 12 months include:

  • 3x Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) without tripling ad spend.
  • >10% improvement in website conversion rate via building, executing, and iterating a conversion rate optimization plan
  • Implement and optimize veritree's website analytics for rapid insights and regularly cadenced executive reporting
What will you be doing?
  • You will own the lead generation strategy and vision: identifying, sizing, and prioritizing opportunities to drive qualified leads and sales opportunities.
  • You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on target accounts, messaging, and lead follow-up.
  • You will create, manage, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including performance marketing, email, organic, social, SEO, and webinars to maximize ROI and ensure effective targeting and budget utilization.
  • You will optimize veritree's website for SEO and SEM, to drive targeted traffic and generate qualified leads.
  • You will evolve our analytics and technology capabilities to support lead generation programs.
  • You will monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs and metrics to determine the effectiveness of campaigns, and offer actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • You will identify growth opportunities and develop new approaches to deliver high-quality leads. Translate these ideas into projects that you will build, lead, and implement.
  • You will define and set targets to allow for appropriate measurement, and own the lead generation performance narrative.
  • You will lead the integration and enhancement of marketing automation tools to effectively attract and nurture leads.

Requirements

Professional Requirements:

  • 5+ years of applicable experience in demand generation, preferably for a SaaS company
  • Practical experience managing and optimizing performance marketing channels. Preference for marketers with deep paid-search experience.
  • Knowledge of SEO, performance marketing, and content marketing best practices
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Experience building and executing conversion rate optimization experiments, including copy tests.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • Experience with ABM strategies and tools

A typical hiring range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 CAD per year with the final salary offer based on your qualifications, job-related skills, and relevant experience.
