Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for finance and technology? Moomoo Canada is seeking a talented Content Marketing Manager to join our marketing and product team. In this role, you will help elevate our brand presence and engage our audience. You will be instrumental in developing and executing content strategies that resonate with our target audience and drive our marketing objectives.

  • Content Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive user engagement, support business growth, and convert clients.
  • Content Creation: Write high-quality financial content, including articles, social media posts, news updates, eDMs, and video scripts for various channels. Ensure content aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals, providing a seamless and optimized user experience to boost brand visibility, engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Video Content Creation: Lead the production of compelling video content, including promotional videos, financial-focused insights, educational, product demonstrations, and social media clips. Ensure all content reflects our brand voice and supports our marketing objectives.
  • Analysis of Video Content Performance: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics related to video performance, such as reach, number of views, view-through rate, click-through rate, and watch time.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with business stakeholders and collaboratively with our design, product, business, and marketing teams to create cohesive and impactful content that supports product launches, campaigns, and user acquisition efforts.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on financial markets, industry trends, competitor activities, and market needs to inform content strategies and identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, Journalism or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in content marketing, with a strong focus on video content, particularly in the fintech or finance industry
  • Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to craft clear and persuasive messages
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic Thinking: Possess strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills and communicate effectively with internal and external parties
  • You are a strong project manager with a proven ability to prioritize tasks that maximize your impact while working independently
  • Bilingualism (English, Chinese, and French) is a plus
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive in staying ahead of industry trends
