As a Full Cycle Sales Representative at FLiiP, you will be a key figure in driving the company's growth and success in the market by proactively generating, working, and closing a pipeline of deals ranging from commercial to multi-location.
This dynamic position demands drive, organization, collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
This role also serves as a platform to build the skills necessary for progression into a Senior Account Executive role or sales leadership role, marking an exciting opportunity for career growth within FLiiP.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and create new qualified sales opportunities
- Engage with customers via phone, email, social media, and web chat to start initial conversations and build relationships
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop sales collateral and promotional materials
- Provide customer feedback to the product development team to inform product improvements and enhancements
- Manage the sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales opportunities
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company and develop new business opportunities as needed (as needed)
- Maintain an expert knowledge of FLiiP's suite of technology products and services
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing the full sales cycle in mid-level and enterprise client accounts or relatable industry experience
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and decision makers
- Strong analytical skills and experience with sales analytics tools such as Hubspot
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient with using the Google business suite
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close customers within a short sales cycle
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and French
- Ability to work in a fast paced and flexible environment, across different geographies within North America and deliver to tight deadlines
