Belleville Senators Company Description:

The Belleville Senators Hockey Cub is the Bay of Quinte's pro hockey team and American Hockey League Affiliate of the Ottawa Senators. We play all 36 of our home games at the CAA Arena located in the Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre at 265 Cannifton Rd., Belleville, ON.

Job Description:

The Belleville Senators are looking for experienced skaters to join our ice crew! The ice crew is responsible for completing dry scrapes of the ice during periods and assisting in on-ice activations.

Job Duties:

Members of the ice crew will be responsible for:

  • Completing several dry scrapes of the ice during TV timeouts in periods
  • Assisting with on-ice activities during intermissions
  • Helping prepare, set up, and take down necessary equipment for on-ice activations

Requirements

Members of the ice crew will be required to:

  • Must be able to skate at a high level
  • Must own their own skates
  • Able to perform under pressure
  • Have high attention to detail
  • Perform their job in a safe and respectful manner
  • Follow instructions from the Producer, Facilities team, and ice crew supervisor
