As the Supply Chain Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain processes, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining effective communication with suppliers and distributors. Your expertise in supply chain management will be crucial in enhancing our operational efficiency and meeting customer demands effectively.

Duties:

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to streamline operations
- Oversee inventory management, order picking, and warehouse distribution
- Coordinate with vendors, freight companies, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Utilize CMMS and other systems to track shipments, monitor inventory levels, and analyze performance metrics
- Manage shipping and receiving processes, including packaging and labeling requirements
- Optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and improve delivery timelines
- Lead a team of supply chain professionals to achieve departmental goals
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance overall supply chain efficiency

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping procedures, and inventory control
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
