About the role:We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Product Marketing Manager with a strong background in go-to-market strategy and product marketing to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in launching new products, projects, and features, conducting market research, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and partner engagement.
Key outcomes for this role in the next 12 months include:
- Create optimum messaging and positioning to reduce the sales cycle timeline by 15%
- Develop integrated marketing plans and tactics to optimize our product conversion rate by 10%
- Assess and build market opportunities and segmentation to develop strategies for addressing new and existing targets
- You will develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product releases and planting project launches.
- You will conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning and messaging.
- You will collaborate with the Product Team to understand product capabilities and translate them into compelling marketing materials.
- You will collaborate with Planting Partners and Operations to understand project opportunities, updates and outcomes, and translate them into compelling marketing materials.
- You will build content and train sales team on messaging around new solutions, releases and projects.
- You will create and optimise marketing content, including case studies, webinars, and blog posts, to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
- You will work with broader Marketing Team to develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and adoption.
- You will analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
- You will work closely with the Revenue Team to develop sales enablement materials, such as presentations, product demos, and FAQs.
- You will research, build, and iterate approaches to the pricing of veritree's various platform offerings for planting partners, resellers, and corporate partners.
Requirements
Professional Requirements:
- 5+ years of applicable experience in a product marketing role, preferably for a SaaS company
- Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including sales enablement
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels

A typical hiring range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 CAD per year with the final salary offer based on your qualifications, job-related skills, and relevant experience.
