We are on an exciting journey towards exponential growth and need a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our efforts.

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Marketing Manager to own and lead the marketing function. This role demands a strategic thinker with a passion for growth, a knack for storytelling, and the ability to drive impactful marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and be eager to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Leadership and Strategy:
    • Develop and drive comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
    • Own the day-to-day operations of the marketing function.
    • Lead the creation and execution of the marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives.
  • Content and Social Media Management:
    • Oversee web content and strategy, ensuring the website is optimized for performance and user engagement.
    • Manage social media channels, driving engagement and growing our online presence.
    • Craft compelling stories and content that effectively communicate our mission and impact.
  • Sales Support:
    • Provide robust sales support, including updating and enhancing sales decks and materials.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts effectively support the sales funnel and drive conversions.
  • Brand Oversight:
    • Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all marketing channels.
    • Manage relationships with external creative teams and agencies.
  • Performance Measurement:
    • Build and implement a scorecard to measure marketing performance across a broad spectrum of metrics.
    • Focus on long-term brand and story metrics, as well as short-term performance indicators.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the current team sales team members who are primarily remote

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, with a track record of working under a skilled marketing director.
  • Strong execution skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Passion for storytelling and brand development.
  • Experience in managing social media and web content strategies.
  • Goal-oriented with a drive for continuous improvement and growth.
  • Excellent organizational skills to bring structure and efficiency to the marketing function.
  • Ability to manage and outsource creative teams effectively.
  • A thoughtful and strategic approach to marketing, with a hunger to experiment and innovate.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
