49 Solutions is looking for a Senior Change Management Consultant to partner on an RFP to support the Department of National Defence in strengthening the Digital Backbone Project. The consultant will provide advice to support the Digital Campaign Plan and the Chief of Defence Staff Initiative, including Program Management and Governance support, Change Management Team support. Requirements

  • 10 years of experience as a Change Management Consultant or 5+ years of experience as a Change Management Consultant and a professional certification
  • 5 years of experience as a Change Management Consultant providing services to support digital transformation initiatives(s) for any of the following Government of Canada, Provincial, or Territorial client department/agency/crown corporation
  • 5 years of experience as a Change Management Consultant managing and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex IM/IT implementation for the Government of Canada, Provincial or Territorial client department/agency/crown corporation
  • 5 years of experience as a Change Management Consultant advising in administering governance processes for program management support including: Interdependency management, Regular risk assessments, and Stakeholder engagement
  • 10 years experience in digital change management strategy development, including the design of target operation models and enterprise performance management frameworks
  • 5 years of experience working on Organizational Change Management projects in a leadership role for large-scale digital transformation at one of the following federal government departments: DND, CAF, RCMP, CCG, CSIS or CSE
  • 2 years of experience designing and deploying data integration and implementation, business intelligence and analytics solutions for implementation and interoperability in one of the following federal government departments: DND, CAF, RCMP, CCG, CSIS or CSE
  • Completed post-secondary education with at least a bachelor's degree in: Business, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Science or Computer Science
  • Must have one of the following certifications: Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP), APGM Organizational Change Management Foundation, Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP), Certified Change Management Professional, Certified Problem and Change Manager (CPCM), Change Management Institute Certification, Change Management Specialist (CMS) or Prosci Change Management Certification
