Peter Lucas Project Management is seeking a dedicated and collaborative individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator - Owner Representative. Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects as an owner-representative project Coordinator, supporting our client's capital project portfolio.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams, to ensure project success.
  • Oversee the project and support the Project Manager.
  • Maintain project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

Open to wage negotiations based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in owner's representative industrial project Coordinating.
  • Background in engineering or technologist field is an asset.
  • Exposure to the full project lifecycle, including planning, design, construction, and commissioning.
  • Mechanical and/or electrical experience is an asset.
  • Previous experience in potash or heavy industrial.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) designation is an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
