As a Lead Hand, you will play an integral role in supervising and coordinating the daily operations of our accounting department, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in our financial processes. • Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of the accounting department
• Provide guidance and support to junior accountants in carrying out their responsibilities
• Review financial statements, invoices, and other financial documents for accuracy and completeness
• Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring compliance with industry regulations
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements
• Train new team members on accounting procedures and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA designation is preferred
• Minimum of [X] years of experience in accounting, preferably in a supervisory role
