Lobster Processing Worker

Coastal Enterprises Ltd. was incorporated in 1971 by the late Harley Thompson who came from a family of fish buyers and processors dating back to the early 1900's. This family owned and operated business has been serving the area for over 30 years.

Misty Harbour Seafood, our main distribution plant, is located on the West Side of Saint John, N.B. Here we purchase, process and sell various types of seafood; lobster, scallops, clams, haddock, halibut, cod, periwinkles and so much more.

Misty Harbour Seafood is currently seeking employees for lobster / fish processing

Your duties would include:

• Disjoint and remove meat from lobsters
• Weighing / Packaging / Freezing Lobster meat
• Sanitizing and Cleaning work station at the end of each shift
• Grading / packaging live lobsters

Must be able to:

• Stand for long periods
• Work in cold / damp environments
• Work 30 - 60 hrs per week
