Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail oriented full-time Inside Sales Representative to support our sales team. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in a technical sales environment. The successful candidate will assist customers with product selection, prepare quotations, and help coordinate orders while learning about our product and service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting appropriate parts and replacement equipment
  • Provide technical support and guidance on pumping systems (training provided)
  • Prepare quotes and assist with pump selection for specific applications
  • Communicate with potential and existing clients via phone and email
  • Qualify leads and support ongoing relationship development with prospects
  • Accurately enter and maintain customer and sales activity records in CRM software
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals
  • Support shipping and receiving activities, including order tracking and coordination
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay informed about inventory, pricing, and lead times

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in engineering technology or related field is considered an asset
  • High school diploma, or GED required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude and strong desire to grow in a technical sales role
  • Demonstrated ability to learn technical concepts
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer use
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a technical support role is preferred
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
