Scheduler

Under the direct supervision of the Agency Executive Director, the Scheduler is responsible for the scheduling of quality and efficient delivery of service to clients in designated areas.

The Scheduler will work in collaboration with the Executive Director, RN Supervisors, Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director, LPN Field Supervisor, Bookkeeper/Payroll Administrator, Home Support Workers, Care Coordinators, and Clients and/or their Care Providers. This position must undertake a variety of responsibilities in a team environment while prioritizing daily duties to meet deadlines with accuracy.
