We're looking for dependable individuals with a strong teamwork ethic, a willingness to learn, and the flexibility to work varying hours, including overtime if necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

• Butcher crab by hand with care.
• Operate butchering machines effectively.
• Grade and pack crab sections accurately.
• Keep production areas clean and organized.
• Participate in on-the-job training.

Working Conditions:

• Work environment: Clearwater Seafoods facility in Glace Bay, within a seafood processing environment often characterized by wet conditions.
• Protective clothing and hearing protection will be provided and required.
• Fast-paced working environment requiring adaptability and efficiency.

Physical Requirements:

Moderate lifting required, including bending and lifting weights up to 50 lbs.
