Electrical Inside Salesperson

We're currently seeking an Electrical Inside Salesperson to join the team in Dieppe, NB. Reporting to the Dieppe Branch Manager, this role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, building strong relationships, and driving sales success.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify commercial and project sales opportunities and provide competitive quotations.
• Make outbound calls to existing customers to suggest complementary products and upgrades.
• Build a network of prospective customers to drive future sales.
• Address and resolve customer objections with confidence and professionalism.
• Present product features, benefits, and pricing details to facilitate sales orders.
• Collaborate with the Outside Electrical Salesperson and the broader sales team to achieve goals.
• Qualifications and Key Competencies
• Technical knowledge and experience in Electrical, IAC, or related fields.
• Sales or customer service background in electrical/IAC is an asset.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to overcome objections.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic about delivering results.
• Understanding of wholesale sales principles and techniques.

Role Details

Location: Dieppe, NB

Hours: Full-time, salaried position based on a 40-hour workweek. The branch operates Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some flexibility outside these hours may be required.

Compensation: Competitive annual salary commensurate with experience.
