The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of client engagements, ensuring exceptional financial outcomes and client satisfaction. In this role, you will lead multiple priorities simultaneously, manage client relationships, and be the driving force behind our commitment to high-quality service. Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Client Engagements

· Act as the primary point of contact for assigned engagements, building and maintaining strong client relationships.

· Oversee smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless client experience.

· Manage month-end close processes, including reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial results to ensure accuracy and completeness.

2. Deliver High-Quality Financial Outcomes

· Prepare and deliver monthly financial statements and reporting in alignment with client proposals and service expectations.

· Continuously monitor and maintain the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of financial deliverables.

· Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients to support their business decisions.

3. Manage Internal Workflows

· Coordinate team workload to ensure deadlines are met while maintaining the highest level of efficiency and service.

· Proactively identify and resolve any internal workflow bottlenecks, optimizing team collaboration and ensuring smooth delivery.

· Maintain clear communication and collaboration within the team to ensure a cohesive approach to client service.

4. Foster Strong Client Relationships

· Develop and maintain long-term, professional relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor for their financial needs.

· Anticipate and address client concerns proactively, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and value.

· Continuously look for opportunities to provide value-added advice and tailored solutions to clients' evolving financial challenges.

What We're Looking For

· Highly Organized: Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

· Self-Starter: Must be a proactive and independent leader, capable of taking initiative and working autonomously.

· Client-Focused: Strong interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing top-tier service and fostering long-lasting client relationships.

· Technical Expertise: CPA designation or equivalent accounting/finance qualification, with 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or related roles (preferably client-facing).

· Strong Financial Acumen: Deep technical knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement preparation, and month-end close processes.

· Proven Ability to Lead: Experience in managing teams, coordinating workloads, and driving internal workflows to success.

· Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with cloud accounting solutions like Xero, QuickBooks Online, and related tools is a plus.
