Job Title: Event Worker
Location: Moncton, NB
Shift: Temporary; 4 day event
Rate of Pay: $16.00/Hr

Our client is a dynamic and fast-paced event management company. They pride themselves on delivering memorable experiences and exceptional service. We're looking for energetic and responsible Event Workers to join our team.

Job Summary: The Event Worker plays a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of events. You'll assist with event setup, maintenance during the event, and teardown afterward, providing outstanding service to guests and supporting the event's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and breaking down event equipment (tables, chairs, stages, tents, etc.) Greet and direct attendees, providing excellent customer service
- Monitor and maintain event areas for cleanliness and safety
- Help vendors, performers, and clients with their on-site needs
- Handle crowd control and ensure compliance with event guidelines
- Provide general support to event coordinators and staff as needed
- Respond promptly to any issues or emergencies that arise

Requirements:
- Previous experience in events or hospitality is a plus but not required
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
- Reliable transportation to and from event locations
- Clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check
