Creating a Sense of Home: We are home to 108 residents. At Windsor Elms Village there are three distinct neighbourhoods. Each neighbourhood has four houses of nine residents. With such a diverse group of residents, you will find each house has its own character. At WEV, we strive to create flexibility that mirrors life in the communities and homes our residents have known.


Roles & Responsibilities;
? Prepare and submit invoices & create Journal Entries
? Move in process for residents financial agreements
? Code, post and receipt payments
? Prepare & coordinate deposit activities
? Monitor resident accounts
? Analyze discrepancies and unpaid invoices
? Manage resident trust accounts (deposits & expenses)
? Perform filing and general administrative tasks
? Provide support for: Accounts Payable, Payroll, Benefits, Pension, Cash Management & Reception


Requirements / Qualifications:
? Certificate or degree in business/accounting
? Professional attitude coupled with strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively with staff at all levels, residents & families.
? Fluency with Microsoft Office, and proficiency with Excel
? Ability to complete detailed reconciliations
? Superior organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines
? Ability to follow established policies & procedures with a strong attention to detail
? An upbeat and friendly personality
? A strong interest in customer service
? Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and manage time effectively
? Ability to operate general office equipment
? Experience with Sage software considered an asset


Salary: $47,000 - $53,000
Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am-4:30pm)
Start Date: Immediate (October/November 2024)
