The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and play a crucial role in
ensuring the efficient flow of information to the McIsaac Darragh team. As a member of our team in
Amherst, N.S., you would work closely with clients, and provide administrative supports such as:
• answer office phone and direct calls and messages
• greet, assist, and/or direct clients entering the office
• receive and process payments
• receive, distribute, direct and relay mail, email, telephone, and fax messages
• ensure general tidiness of reception area and meeting spaces
• maintain filing systems - both paper and digital
• assist with basic accounting and invoicing support
• Other support duties as required


The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be comfortable learning new
computer programs, an excellent communicator who places high value on client service, very organized,
and proficient with Excel and other Office products. A post-secondary education in office administration,
or one-year related experience would be considered an asset.
