PHYSICIAN SERVICES COORDINATOR

TERM (Parental Leave)

Location: Remote/based in Prince Edward Island

Effective: Immediately - October 2025

JOB DESCRIPTION

MSPEI is seeking a self-motivated individual who can support the MSPEI team in serving PEI physicians. The role will help physicians have seamless access to various benefits and programs, support management on the organization's membership database and help to ensure communications tools are delivered to physicians with professionalism and impact.

Responsibilities (including typical daily activities):

• Help physicians access various member benefits and programs.
• Help manage the membership database, ensuring accurate record keeping and producing various reports as required by the MSPEI team.
• Help prepare and distribute communications materials including electronic bulletins and website maintenance.
• Provide insight and advice based on experiences and observations on how the organization can better serve its membership.

Skills and Qualifications

• A degree in administration, business or marketing or equivalent training, education and experience.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent time and priority management skills.
• Track record of taking initiative; ability to work independently and collaborate in a virtual team environment.
• Excellent oral and written communications, including writing for external audiences.
• Experience working with a previous Customer Relationship Management Tool (CRM) would be considered an asset.
• Experience with Word Press and Constant Contact (or similar platforms) would be considered an asset.

Work Conditions

This is primarily a remote work setting, with expectation to be available for on-site/in person as requested.
