Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Fredericton, New Brunswick
Reports To: Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Company Overview:
Cybercheck provides case intelligence for law enforcement and cyber threat intelligence for the public and private sectors. Our software uses advanced machine learning algorithms to analyze vast amounts of data, including digital identity, mobile signaling, and other open-source data, to identify intelligence and case links that traditional investigation methods may have missed.

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to help drive our demand-generation efforts and elevate our brand presence through story-telling, data, and customer success.

Position Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in executing and optimizing marketing campaigns to support business goals. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, focusing on content creation, media buying, and conversion marketing. You will collaborate closely with the Vice President of Sales and Marketing to ensure campaigns align with company objectives and effectively target our audience of law enforcement agencies and related jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and social media posts, to engage key stakeholders in law enforcement.

-Assist in creating, managing, and optimizing media buying campaigns across digital channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).

-Implement demand generation tactics, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and landing page optimization.

-Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, including lead generation, conversions, and ROI, to identify opportunities for improvement.

-Collaborate with the design team to create compelling marketing assets that align with the company's brand.

-Manage the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for SEO.

-Analyze web traffic using Google Analytics to inform marketing strategy and improve website performance.

-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, particularly in law enforcement and cybersecurity.

-Support the coordination and execution of virtual and in-person events such as webinars and trade shows.

Requirements:

-A diploma or degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.

-3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.

-Strong writing skills with the ability to create compelling and accurate content tailored to our target audience.

-Experience with demand generation strategies and execution, including lead generation and nurturing campaigns.

-Familiarity with media buying, conversion optimization, and marketing funnel management.

-Proficiency in WordPress for website management and Google Analytics for performance tracking.

-Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.

-Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

-Knowledge of or experience in the law enforcement, security, or cybersecurity industry is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Experience with Google Ads and other paid media platforms.

-Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).

-Understanding of SEO best practices.
