- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Bookkeeping experience
- Accounts receivable/payable
- Sage experience
- Capable of multitasking
- Keyboarding skills with accurate data entry
- Math skills
- Data entry
- Provide back up clerical duties as assigned
- Problem solving abilities
- Ability to utilize the applications from various software for support

Experience- Office Administration certification an asset
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in accounts receivable/payable processes
- Familiarity with Sage software
