Team Lead, Flooring Installer - Wood, Click Systems
As the Team Lead, Flooring Installer, you will manage job sites and team members. You will be responsible for insuring projects are completed on time and to company standards. You will also be responsible of installing wood and click system flooring such as laminate and vinyl. You will build strong relationships with clients, customers, and team members.
By joining Barr-None Flooring, you will work with a team committed to delivering great work and exceptional customer service. You will help Barr-None Flooring grow while continuing to to learn about new products and technicques. You will have the potential for a work vehicle and gas card.
Responsibilities include:
- Knowledge and installation of hardwood, engineered, and click products
- Prepping floors
- Training team members on flooring products and proper installation methods
- Running job sites
- Problem solving
- Picking up material
- Cleaning job sites
- Insuring jobs are completed on time
- Dealing with clients and contractors
- Measuring and assessing potential jobs
Qualifications include:
- 10+ years experience
- Drivers licence
- Reliable
- Experience with proper floor prep
- Knowledge of flooring and wood products application
- Knowledge of the flooring trade
- Ability to work as a team member and mentor and train less experienced crew
- Exceptional communication skills
- Comfortable working in a team as well as on your own
This position pays $30+ and hour, depending on experience with the potential to earn a company vehicle and gas card.
