Registered Nurse (R.N.)

The Leadership Team of Roseway Manor is currently seeking a highly organized, competent, and reliable Registered Nurse to join our team. Roseway Manor is a 66 bed long term care facility located in Shelburne, NS. The ideal candidate will have experience in pain management, medication administration, case management and dementia care.

Responsibilities

- Provide direct patient care

- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans

- Document patient care activities accurately and timely

- Supervise CCAs and LPNs

Requirements

- Competent in medication administration practices

- Experience in a long term care setting considered an asset

- Knowledge of case management principles

- Familiarity with dementia care protocols

- Strong nursing skills
