Job Title: Inside Sales Coordinator

Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 annually Shift: Monday – Friday Days, 8:00am – 4:30pm in office
Location: Stoney Creek, Ontario - South Service Rd & Millen Dr

We are hiring an Inside Sales Coordinator for our client in Stoney Creek. This company sells precision tooling and measurement equipment. Qualified candidates will have previous inside sales and purchasing experience and should be eager to learn and grow in a new role. This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity. Our client is looking for candidates who can interview and start as soon as possible!

Responsibilities:

· Support the outside sales team in responding to customer inquiries and requests in a timely fashion

· Provide sales quotes and product application answers to customers

· Evolve into a product expert to best explain features and benefits, and competitive advantages to customers

· Develop and maintain business relationships with customers in a businesslike and ethical manner over phone and email

· Assist with purchasing and procurement – sourcing and planning shipments

· Other tasks as assigned

Candidate Qualifications:

· Previous sales and purchasing experience in an operations role

· Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Strong attention to detail

· Go-getter attitude and willingness to learn

· Proficient with MS Office and MS Dynamics GP
