  • Monitor and optimize MID Server performance, availability, and upgrades.
  • Support the configuration and tuning of Event Management rules, alert correlation, and operational dashboards.
  • Help troubleshoot issues across the platform, including performance concerns and integration errors.
  • Document processes, configurations, and updates to maintain clear and current knowledge across the team.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow releases and ITOM best practices, recommending platform improvements and drive automation opportunities where appropriate.

These skills will make you successful:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and networking concepts (servers, databases, firewalls, load balancers, etc.).
  • At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow administration or a technical operations/infrastructure support role.
  • In-depth knowledge and work experience with CMDB and CI relationship mapping
  • Solid troubleshooting skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CIS-Discovery.
  • Exposure to JavaScript and experience building workflows or automation in ServiceNow.
