We're currently hiring a Business Growth Advisor to join our Customer Solutions team in a permanent position. In this role, you'll report to the Manager, Key Accounts.
Key elements of this role include:
- Proactive Customer Outreach (33%): Focus on inside sales activities such as cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation. You'll work to build and maintain relationships, respond to inquiries, and provide timely updates.
- Customer Value-Driven Internal Projects (33%): Assist with internal projects that drive customer value, including managing special events such as contractor and customer engagements. Coordinate resources, track timelines, and ensure timely and successful completion of tasks.
- Project Assistance and Execution (33%): Support and lead business growth initiatives by compiling data, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth execution.
These skills will make you successful:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or diploma in business, engineering or a related discipline with at least 3 years of work experience in a progressive sales environment.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, partners, and team members.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail when preparing reports and coordinating tasks.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve minor challenges independently.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office) and openness to learning new software and systems.
- Team Player: Eagerness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to team success.
- Customer-Focused Mindset: Dedication to meeting customer needs and providing excellent service.
- Adaptability: Comfort with evolving responsibilities and a willingness to take on new tasks.
