WHAT WE OFFER
Full-time | Leave Replacement ending May 15, 2026 | Saint John | On-Campus
Standard Work Hours: Mon - Fri | 8:00 am - 4:00 pm | 36.25 hours per week
Additional Working Conditions:
- Evening and weekend work will occasionally be required
- Possibility of minimal travel between campuses (Fredericton/Saint John) and within the Maritimes
Salary Range: $40,608 - $50,761 per annum
YOUR FOCUS
Reporting to the Operations & Business Development Manager, the Client Service Representative will work to support prospective student inquiry, application and enrolment targets for UNB.
- Provide outstanding customer service to all students and key influencers throughout the recruitment funnel.
- Respond to student inquiries in a professional and timely manner via email, phone and in person.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of UNB, including: programs, admission requirements, services, policies, etc.
- Work closely with the university community to facilitate an excellent prospective student experience.
- Execute and track all communications with prospective students within the CRM using a variety of media such as email, phone, text message, packing and mailing of info packages, etc.
- Assist the recruiters with follow-up to all recruitment initiatives.
- Assist the Recruitment Marketing Team with development and implementation of communication plans.
- Develop and maintain reports for communication and tracking purposes.
- Check agent references and develop new agent files for review.
- Coordinate commission payment paperwork to 3rd party agencies.
- Assist with, organize and implement innovative recruitment activities and events, both on and off campus.
- Assist with other duties when required.
WHAT YOU BRING
- University degree, preference will be given to recent UNB degree holders.
- Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software system.
- Experience in customer service with a proven client service attitude.
