Co-op and Internship opportunities allow you to gain valuable work experience across a number of the businesses at TD. This role is within our Customer and Colleague Programs team which is part of the larger Customer Experience team at TD Insurance. Customer and Colleague Programs is committed to creating exceptional programs to celebrate our colleagues and drive action to surface and solve top customer and colleague irritants.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you passionate about creating impactful and meaningful programs that enhance the experience of our colleagues? If yes, then apply for the position of Senior Business Program Analyst.

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Customer & Colleague Programs, the Sr. Business Program Analyst will support two critical colleague programs, iD8 our colleague ideation platform and Customer Obsession Reward and Recognition programs. The candidate will be responsible to assist in the review of iD8 submissions, work with iD8 program leads to support our targeted ideation campaigns and help build best in class colleague recognition programs alongside the Customer Obsession team.

On a typical day at work, you will:

iD8 Program:

  • Review iD8 submissions and meet with business partners to discuss submissions for implementation potential
  • Attend regular meetings with key partners to assist in the prioritization of system enhancements, process optimization and ideas related to customer and colleague.
  • Prepare key program communication materials including presentation decks
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience programs to create dashboard with key iD8 data to share with Sr. Leaders, and showcase our top customer and colleague irritants
  • Exercise influence, strong relationship management and be the voice of the colleague when working with business partners and stakeholders
  • Oversee and/or independently perform tasks from end to end

Reward and Recognition:

  • Support administration of our colleague Reward and Recognition programs
  • Participate in building and delivering presentations to colleague groups, leaders etc., to socialize programs and build engagement.
  • Support socialization of fiscal F'26 Customer Obsession R&R Program with frontline and leadership teams
  • Support monthly and quarterly program reporting requirements
  • Create communications that will be viewed by leaders and colleagues

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Communications, Business/Commerce or related field
  • Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work term
  • Passionate about customer and colleague experience
  • Strategic thinker who is able to execute with purpose
  • Excellent problem solving and decision making
  • Continuous improvement and process excellence mindset
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral
  • Excellent analytical, judgement and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite, productivity tools and end-user software

  • This position is a 4-month work term and will commence September 2nd to December 19, 2025
